I would like to present you my preventive program.
Due to the contemporary inactive life style and the inherent lack of exercise and limited movement activity, people become more “out of fit”.
This lifestyle leads to wrong way of sitting, standing, performing daily activities as well as weakened muscles, stiffness and tiredness, over-stressing and psychological tension.
I am here offer you through my lecture preventive instructions on how to:
1. discover possible muscular imbalances
2. balance weakened and over-strained muscles groups
3. maintain the body and mind balance
My program includes brief and simple introduction on the following:
1. anatomy of spine,
2. wrong and correct movement stereotypes and positions,
3. samples of exercise for stretching stiff muscles and strengthening weaken muscles, including breath control, Kaltenborn exercise, Pilates, Taichi,
4. brief preview of holistic methods and holistic-philosophic approach of SAIB to the “back and neck problems” .
